Practical Analysis for MCQ 19.1:

  • As per section 271, a company may be ordered to be wounded up by the Tribunal on any of the Following grounds mentioned therein. One of Such ground as such is as follows-

Where a company has made a default in filling with the Registrar its financial Statements or Annual Returns for immediately preceding 5 consecutive financial years.
